HI everyone:

Krissy: yay for end in sight!!!

Karen: Mexico, and us...deal w/the same weather pretty much...Monsoon season, that's the hurricaines...are from July-Oct...it gets really humid here that time of year. funny dh.

Janay: that is so awesome about the 5 lbs. woohoo!!!

forgot who asked...I was in the military...I got hurt in Basic training..only 5 months in...but I got hurt...so that is the 30%..it's $700/month instead of $117/month.

Sorry I was MIA...I have my house back...let me start w/today then I'll talk about my appt yesterday...I drove Kaylee to dc today..sucked ***...it hurt...hopefully mon will be easier...yesterday, my mil drove me to phx..dh is on the rifle range and couldn't take me...stupid marines...oh well..they were doing really good there for the longest time...I knew it wouldn't last...so she drove me..I had an x-ray done...then saw the doc...he said, the bone kadavers, different sizes and pieces of bone is in place of where the tumor is, he also filled in the places where my bone detoriation was...he said a little of it spilled out to my leg, but thinks it will be okay, I might need another surgery to have it filed down if it gives me problems..he told me 2-3 weeks of crutches then to the cane....There are stitches inside but not outside so the leg can get wet but no baths or swimming for a couple of weeks. and the tumor pathology came back..no malignancy..it def was benign...the importance of this..is a lot of time the biopsy doesn't get it all..and sometimes they remove the tumor and find out it is malignant...but mine isn't...so woohooo!!!! My next appt is in 6 months unless I have any problems..he said to call if I need more pain pills after writing another rx or any issues...at that appt he'll do another x-ray....he said that my doc in Yuma can help me out...so I'm thrilled. I'm sick of going to phx. I'm still in pain..but it's different..my leg and the bone does hurt...he says that's normal..I'm also supposed to start doing ankle stretches..they really hurt..he said to start small. But I can lay my foot on the ground, that's why I drove...w/out it hurting too horribly. So that's my news!!!

HI everyone:

Krissy: I forgot to tell you...my 6th Wedding anniversary is the 25th...What hospital are you going to?

a/f is still kicking my butt...K woke me up at 4:30a...I had to remake the bed...I did have dh buy some overnight pull ups so hopefully this helps w/this..then she didn't want to go back to bed..I tried to lay w/her...but I can't lay down w/out my feet eleveated..I can't sit very long w/my leg elevated...well she woudn't go to bed..finally at 8a..I woke up dh, I was exhausted and in pain...I went to bed and slept until 1p.

I watched Big give tonight..I love that show!!! anyone watch that? Oh yea, dh and I watched August Rush last night...such a great movie!!!

What's new with you?

I am doing good, but I think I'm going crazy on my workouts and now today my back hurts, so I guess I just need to go back to what I was doing. Oh I got a new digital camera and have been taking pics of my cats. I'll post them in a few days

I hope ya'll are doing great!! lets see some new updates this week

I'm here - just a really busy weekend!!

Jen - I'm glad to hear all went well with your f/u appt and that the tumor was benign.

That has to be such a huge relief! Sorry to hear about the continued pain, but you seem like such a strong woman. I hope it starts improving soon.

Janay - 5-6 more?? Piece of cake!!! Ummmm or not!! LOL

I know what you're saying though -- it always seems like when you get close you reach that plateu - but I'm confident you'll be there soon! What kind of digital camera did you get? I can't wait to see some pics of your kitties!! Vegas sounds like fun! I was just there at the end of Jan for a long weekend. I ended up with a stomach bug that started on the plane ride out - NOT FUN!! and was sick the first 2 days and didn't do much.

I wish I would have had more time - there seems like there is a ton to see and do there. We did go see Cirque de Solie -- we saw the "O" show at the Bellagio - I highly recommend it!!

Krissy - April 25th is sooooo close!! I can't wait to see a pic of Audrey and here about her entry into the world. Sounds like you are doing some heavy duty nesting!! LOL -- Keep us posted!!

Carrie - if you're lurking - know that you've been in my thoughts. I hope the house hunting is going well and maybe helping to give you a mental break from all the TTC stuff. -- Sending you (((((hugs))))))

Brie - how was the party?? I'm dying to see a pic of you as the "Dancing Queen"

As for me... things are going good. We had our appt on Thurs. The bean is measuring right on target. I have one more appt with the RE in 2 weeks and then he'll release me to the OB -- I LOVE my RE - he does lots of u/s so you get lots of reassurance in the beginning - then I'll go through u/s withdrawl when I go to the OB!! LOL -- We've told a few close friends and family - but we're waiting for the move to the OB and the end of the first tri to make official announcements. This past weekend was my b-day. I am 39! EIKKEEEE!! No more birthdays for me!! LOL -- I was actually dreading this birthday - but since the PG it really isn't as bad. I don't know why - but I've just had this thing about how I didn't want to have any more babies when I'm 40. I don't know why - pretty stupid really - so many more women are waiting till their late 30s early 40's to start their families -- but for some reason.. it was just freaking me out. I'll be squeaking under my "deadline" by about 5 months!! LOL

OK... babble babble babble -- off to pay some bills and head to bed. Hope e/o has a good week.
