Of all the men that have come and gone in Britney Spears' life, her father has at least been a constant. That seems to be the sentiment of the Los Angeles Superior Court as they awarded Jamie Spears' sole conservator of Britney Spears' medical care, career and fortune.
Jamie's eyes teared when he was informed of the court's decision. Although it is a positive step in the downward spiral of Britney's life, the court only makes such awards of control in matters where the individual "cannot care for themselves or handle their affairs."
