Britney Spears was back in court today in the custody battle that took her two sons away from her.
But today the judge allowed the fallen pop star expanded visitation rights to see Jayden James and Sean Preston -- three days a week of supervised visitation and a visit on Mother’s Day.
Mark Kaplan, attorney for Kevin Federline, said the court was "pleased with the progress that seems to be occurring" with Britney Spears since her father took over conservatorship of her affairs.
