Ayla still needs to be swaddled to sleep at night - she can go from about 8-5 if she is swaddled. Well, we're approaching 16 weeks old this weekend and I thought maybe it was time to try and get her out of swaddling mode, especially now that the weather is getting so warm. Last night I just dressed her in a short sleeved onesie and put her in a light, sleeveless blanket sleeper, but she was up by 10:00 p.m. and WAILING. We wrapped her back up in her swaddler, but she was up every 2 hours for the rest of the night - soooo unlike her. I don't know what to do! How old is too old for swaddling? DS never even noticed when we stopped swaddling him, so I have no clue how to deal with this!
