well- i don't know if i had mentioned it, but we finally sold our business last week. We had been trying to hold on, as it ( the business) had been great to us in the past, but the economy killed us and we had to get out. So- the deal closes last week. Dh is still on now as an employee with the new owner. So- day after close, new owner tells DH he is cutting our salary in half, but that he can earn xtra $ in commisions. =(
so- we are in a bad place. I am going back to work now- not sure if i will do nights or weekends. i will start out part time though and we will hope Dh can make enough in commision for me to stay PT. The new owner is nice, but is going to be the type of guy that really works DH to the bone.
Due to our agreement, i can't say who he is, but this guy is HUGE, you would all know him, and he is close to a billionaire. yup- iam not exagerating. so- good thing is, he can ride this though the recession and we can keep DH's job, bad part is, less money and Dh has to work alot more...
We sold DH's SUV and got him an accord, got rid of the luxeries we were so enjoying( maid, xtra vacations etc) and are now trimming everwhere we can. sucks, but i know it could be a whole lot worse. so- wish me luck in returing to work, i hope to find a job fast and have it not interfere with BF bella. I am not going to be happy leaving my kiddo!!!

Erin, I am sorry you have to do it a little tougher and make the sacrifices you have made. Hopefully things will start looking up again sooner rather than later, and you won't have to be away from your gorgeous little girls for too long.

So sorry you are having to go back to work. I'm glad that you were able to sell the business before it got too bad for you guys. I hope the commissions can fill in the gaps and you can stay PT.

Get yourself a good pump and hopefully you can pump at work. GL finding a new job!
