Talking in sleep

Well Maia lucked out on the genetic pool with this one so she has very little chance of being "normal". Both DH and I talk in our sleep and when we were kids we sleep walked (actually I have sleepwalked a few times as an adult or so I'm told as I don't remember these events). So Maia has a double whammy and I've noticed over the last few months that she talks in her sleep A LOT. Its so cute, sometimes I'll hear her since her room is next to ours and go in a listen to her, usually its just random babbling and snippets of things but its funny.

I am dreading the sleep walking though once she's out of the confinement of her crib (2 weeks until her "big girl bed" for her b-day). I know my parents had to put a chair in front of the front door at our house since I several times would just go wondering outside and up the street! And Dh's Mom has similar stories with him.

Do we have any other "talkers" and "wanderers" here? How about your older kids? Any tips?
