I'm trying to crop an image in PSE...for some reason, the crop will not allow me to drag all the way across the image...it's controlling the crop. Does that make sense? Is there a setting I have messed up?

Where do you get yours?
I'm looking for something simple and cheap. Maybe a bench or a trunk like the one Trish has. Do you order from a particular website or just browse ebay and craigslist?

I can't be emotional... I'm at work. But I am sick and so sad, upset, frustrated, scared to death... you name it! They called and said it is too damaged to recover anything. It fell about 2 feet... that's it. 2 feet and EVERYTHING is gone!

What do I do about my clients??

I have two seniors who drug their feet and were now ready to order.
I have two families who had full sessions done during the summer months who drug their feet and now placed orders for the holidays.
I have my good friend who's twins I've photographed at 3, 6 & 9 months... the 3 & 6 month pics are gone.
And 12 fall sessions - 4 of which I do have still.

What can I tell them so as not to lose a huge abundance of customers?? I'm honestly ready to give up and just say screw it. I love photography and working with clients and capturing memories, but I'm no good with this kind of stuff. I feel horrible.

Not to mention 2 years worth of my daughter's pictures and memories are almost all gone. I have some online, but mostly gone.

What do I do???

I'm working on a website (non-photog.-related) and am trying to resize picures. How do I resize the thumbnails (they are supposed to be 75 px X 75 px) without smooshing them? I have PSE6 btw. I can crop, but then it is in inches, and I can resize in pixels, but that smooshes the whole pic to that size. What am I doing wrong!!?? TIA
