I woke up Monday the 16th at 7:30a.m. My contractions were 5 minutes apart. DH said you are having this baby today. I was in denial since I had so much to get done. I arrived at the hospital at 9:30a.m. I was dilated to a 6. They asked if I wanted my water broke I said no but I would like to be able too walk around. At 10:30am the nurse was about to give me an IV. I said I'm about to have another contraction so she waited. All of a sudden my water broke. It felt like a garden hose was between my legs. The resident came in to check me. She said you are 9 1/2 cm dilated. I wasn't even in the delivery room so they rushed me down the hall. WE got to the room I said I have to push they said o.k. whatever makes you feel better.I had to get to the other bed while having bed contractions. I thought it was going to be like in the movies and they would transfer me with a sheet:) My ob wasn't there yet. I wanted her there. 10:40 I was a 10. My ob just made it. I was screaming because the pain was so bad. I didn't have an epidural. My ob calmed me down as soon as she got there. I had tunnel vision. All I could see was her face. 10:50a.m. my beautiful girl came out with a full head of hair just like her sister. She is 9lbs 8oz's. 20 inches long. I prayed that I could have the baby before being induced. God answered my prayers.

She is so sweet and so much like her sister they could almost have twins.
