Ok here is the deal... I have 3 children and recently found out we are expecting again...UNPLANNED but real... My brother and his wife just found out they were expecting 2 months ago, however when they just went for their Ultrasound.... there was no heartbeat.... the sac was there no signs of bleeding, the doctors simply said they don't know what has happened.... My question is, How do I tell them and our family we are expecting again when they just lost their first baby... I am so torn as to...
