Well I managed to get through work today. Very hard to do as I felt nauseous all day. Unsure as to why but having Mexican brought in by the wholesalers for lunch did not help the issue. Fried onions, fried sweet peppers, salsa, corn chips & soda. Not a good mix which is why dinner is going to be something bland in an attempt to settle my stomach.
