I am in my late 30's... at a place in my life that is definatly at a crossroads. So it is time to rethink things and figure out what I am going to do for the next 40 or so years. Some days I have a lot to say, other days not so much. I figure I will write what I am thinking/feeling at the moment. This is a place for me to be me, get things out and hopefully find out who I really am, because right now I just don't know who that is.
My "babies"

I have a couple of "babies" my yorkies
although they are mother and daughter, they are opposites.. "mom" is stiffer, and is a protector, while her daughter is like a ferret, she bends all over the place, and so trusting, you can hold her on her back in your hands and lift her away from you and she just chills... everyone is her friend.
But she also has her own ideas of how things work... the second I sit on the couch or reliner, there she is... sitting there looking at me whining until I open up my legs so she can lay between them. If I have the lap top on my lap, she goes nuts whining until I move it so she can have her spot.
Her mom on the other hand, sits at your side, so she can watch the door to make sure we are safe
Mom, talks to you, she tells you what she wants, she even lets us know when she thinks it is time our other bigger dog wants in, should go out, should eat... she is definatly the leader of the pack, even though she is way smaller than our other dog.
The daughter on the other hand, is lazy, very lazy, if she wants you to pick her up to carry her to the door to go potty she will go in front of your feet and sit there and not move, so you pick her up... she grumbles at you if you put her down in the wrong spot... and she refuses to go potty outside unless it is warm and sunny... living in the north, this is a little difficult.
There is so much I could say about these two... they crack me up... right now they are sleeping in the office with me... snoring away.... when they wake up we will do out potty routine, they will get their treat, and mom will talk to me and her daughter will sit there and smile (she smiles so huge it is adorable) then it will be back to getting their beauty sleep...
