Due in 5 days Very High/Not Dilating

HI, I am new here, my doctor checked me yesterday and said I am not even 1 cm. This is my 4th baby and I was wondering if anyone knows what I should do to help baby move down. I can hardly walk though, expecting a 9-10 pounder.

dont really have any major advice i got told evenig primrose up your flue are supposed to help dilate, your supposed to use two capsules on a night but wear a pad!, or you can take it orally too.
