Day 3

I ate well today, I think. I did have my large cocoa for breakfast but then for lunch i had a sandwich, two slice of whole wheat breat, two slice of american cheese and 1 slice of salami. And I had a few rolls of sushi, leftovers from my boss. For snacks I had raisins and the special K bars. And for dinner (now this is where I screw up) I only had cereal (cocoa pebbles). I totally meant to have dinner. But it was 10:00PM when I got home from work and church and I just didn't have the energy.

I did a little working out. About 35 crunches and 30 push-ups (girl push-ups). I know that's not much, butit is something. Better than sitting on the couch. Tomorrow I work from home. Maybe if it is not too cold I will take Aixah out for a walk. Walking is the key and I just got my new sneakers in the mail, J-41, so comfy and cute. I also ordered a IPOD shuffle so that I can listen to music. You can't expect me to work out without listening to my fav tunes...HELLO.

For fun I've been reading the teenie bopper novel, THE ASHLEYS (very HEATHERS, anyone remember that movie?). Anyway, don't judge, the only reason I picked up that novel is because I have worked with that author while interning at Simon and Schuster.

Tomorrow is the first day of Spring, how exciting!
