In my part of town, there has been so much rainfall and it affects me in a negative way. For example, when I'm at work, I start thinking about how nice it would be just to stay in bed and pull the covers over my head. Or maybe watch a few lifetime flicks with non-stop snacking. seems like yesterday my son Elijah was being born, but actually he will turn 1 on Feb 16th, he is walking and talking and doing all the playful things a 1 year old does...But where does the time go? I swear it seems like yesterday he was in my womb, and heavens now he is so dependent, I have 5 boys, my oldest is going to be 18 in April it to is hard to conceive that he is fixing to turn the corner and become an adult. So, I don't have to go to work today because there's so much snow. This would normally be a good thing, but it's not so much today. The morning started early with a rousing rendition of the "It's Never Going to be 7" song from K. Since she learned numbers at age 2, I bought her an alarm clock and taught her not to ask to get out of bed until it said 7.
