I say that.." Coming to grips with making time for ME" because I need to get back to my weekly meetings at WW. I got busy and only went to weigh in... not staying for the meetings... then I got even more busier and quit going to the meetings. The time is NOW to recommit and get back on track. I only gained about 3-3.5 lbs over December and that was GREAT since I wasn't counting anything. I just did as I pleased. I WANT and NEED to get healthy and no one is going to do it for me but...

I first want to acknowledge that I have thyroid disease which is a metabolism disorder.
Although I take a daily medication as to keep it working it makes losing weight an uphill battle to say the least.

In June of 2007, I came to the realization after losing my Mom unexpectactly that I MUST do something no matter how long it takes and how hard it is to get a a healthy weight so I can live a long productive life.
