Oh Holy night!

Yahoo, we had night #2 of sleeping through!
I think we cheated, though. I went out to dinner with a friend in town and came home at 10pm. Chase was in his crib with his daycare clothes still on.
Steve had not given him a bath, obviously, and hadn't changed his diaper right before he laid him down either. 
Normally he is pretty good about these things during the day, but I am the night time routine parent. So I had to wake my sleeping boy to change his clothes and diaper. I felt so bad, he was so confused and started crying so hard!
I held him, fed him a bottle and rocked him back to sleep. I had only seen him for 10 minutes awake all day yesterday. I picked him up at daycare, he fell asleep in the car on the way home so I put him down for his nap. He was still napping when I left for dinner and then in bed for the night when I got home. Waaahhhh, I miss Chase!
I swear I live for the weekends so I can spend all day with my son. Working full time sucks.

Oh Stacey-that sucks about having wake Chase! Although it did give your a little time with him! Hope you have a nice weekend.

 I know where you're comin' from, Mama! I only see my little Leo 1.5 hours a day. He's asleep when I leave the house in the mornings and when I get home at 4:30, he's at his peak fussing time. Working full time does suck! |
