An Engineering Marvel

We moved into a new condo last fall, the place is much bigger than our old place but all the space to put things away actually makes it easier to keep clean. That is not the marvel however. To do laundry at my old condo I had to walk down two flights of stairs to the garage to get it done, (a little chilly in the Colorado winter). As most of you mom's know this really isn't acceptable when we are doing laundry contstantly. (Although, If my ex had his way I'd still be hauling laundry to the mat
.
The first night in our new place I was giving my 3 year old a bath. I don't mind bath time, but it is hard to sit there while your child bubbles, swims, back floats, poors fills and poors again, knowing all the while that you still have plenty of work to do before you get to rest. So I am putting things away and just picking up in that general area and low and behold I realize that my laundry closet is directly across from my daughter's bathroom. Excited doesn't really describe the joy I feel. Its the little things I guess, I can tell you one thing for sure, when I finally am able to build or buy a home this will be one feature I wont do with out!
Of course my daughter loves it too as her extended bath times too.
