We moved into a new condo last fall, the place is much bigger than our old place but all the space to put things away actually makes it easier to keep clean. That is not the marvel however. To do laundry at my old condo I had to walk down two flights of stairs to the garage to get it done, (a little chilly in the Colorado winter).
