Stress Do you need a few minutes away,can't afford it

I am a mother of three, 10,6,3 i stay home and work from there. Many days i find myself going insane. I am a people person. I do not leave the house half the time. I ask myself daily what did i do? I try everyday to tell myself it is for the well being of my kids, it will work!!!!
So here i sit gaining weight no outside world. The are days i have more stress now that in the corporate world.
Ok so i found that i need to feel like ME AGAIN.
