High FSH Levels

Well, blood tests are done. My 48 year old husband has great sperm (tg). And me, well my FSH is 11.5, Estradol is 20.3, but now I am discouraged. I realize I am only 1.5 over what they consider normal, but still.

Friday, I go in for the dye test to see if my one and only tube is open. I have already been told it is painful. I am at the point where I just want to git er done.

My insurance will pay for that one, well 70 percent, but none of the IVF if that is what we can do. We will see what happens but I am feeling a bit...flawed. I guess 38 is older to consider children, but I never had any issues in the past and just when I wanted one, it would be no problem. Silly me. I am just realizing what a miracle getting pregnant is. I never worried about it before, and well I planned my son, (who will be 17 in June) and it was no issue.

More poor husband has no children and he would be a great dad. I need words of encouragment. I need to know if I need to drink Wheatgrass and go to Acupuncture. I am serious, what do I need to do? Oh, when he did the ultrasound, my ovaries looked great.
