pelvic pain belly button pain and spotting for almost a month plz help

HEY
I'm 23yrs old I'v been spotting for almost a month now and recently I'v been having pelvic pain belly button pain. As the weeks go on the pain gets worse. I went to the doc and she said I didn't have a UTI or any STDs. Oh and I'm not pregnant. If anyone has can help plz do!!
