I got myself a small Christmas present this year - a token of my gratitude for my wonderful spouse and children.

It was this ring, which you can find online at Catalog Favorites:



As you can see from the photo above, it has a lovely sentiment. The band is sterling silver and is inscribed with "I made a wish" and there is a little golden star impressed. Then the inside...

This picture seems like a fitting start for a blog titled "Top of the World."



We visited family in Colorado over the holidays and got this shot at Loveland Pass (almost 12,000 feet). That was a scary drive! Snowy roads, sheer drops right at the edge of the road and...
