Hi,
I am 47 and have a large fibroid in my uterus. I am looking into two different types of procedures uterine fibroid embolization and hysteroscopic resection. Has anyone had either one of these procedures? If you have, what were yoru results? Thank you in advance for sharing.

Yesterday was day six.

Laci is not feeling well, another double ear infection. (She went to the doc for it on 5/5, 5/15 & today, 6/3) Last night she was hurting and super fussy. She wouldn't let me put her down and that added a lot of stress.

Normally, when I cook I don't care much for what I make and so it doesn't bother me to fix quick meals for John and the kids. Last night was a different story.

I made dinner and it looked and smelled...

My first class was last night. My first official weigh in on day five... and I have lost 9.8 lbs.



There was a woman in the group that has lost 135 lbs and another man who hit the "100 lb mark" last night. (weight lost)

So they were motivating.

Today I am trying a pineapple-apricot shake. It sounded really gross, so I just asked for one sample.

It is actually pretty good....
