So it is mid-morning on day two.

So far today I have had one chocolate shake, 28oz of water and a jello cup.

I took an hour to eat the jello cup.

This morning I was down 2.5 lbs from yesterday morning! Yay!

I am sure that it is all fluid (been peeing like crazy) and it will slow down soon.

But it is nice (and motivating) to see the numbers drop.

The hunger isn't too bad as long as I consume something...

Yesterday I had my instructional class and bought my first few days of "meal replacements". There were three of us in the class, but the other two have classes on Tues and Wed (Mine are on Monday), so we'll probably never see each other again.

So this morning I started the product. Yuck! Is about all I can say. First I had the strawberry shake for breakfast. It was tolerable. I spent about 45 mins sipping it since we were told in class to drink it very slowly. ...

Had my EKG and medical screening done. Just waiting on my blood work to come back and then I am all set to go.

I even fessed up to the doc that Laci is still nursing some, and he is still going to let me join the program.

Last night John and I took Laci to the mall and we walked a couple of laps and let Laci play at the play area there. She had so much fun and it was great to watch her. She is getting so big!

Today the doc said it was ok to keep...
