Woohoo thats right my OB stripped my membranes, that looks so weird when it's typed out. It hurt a lil' bit but nothing to bad, it mostly felt weird IMO. I have been having contrax on and off since midnight last night. They are a bit stronger now then they were earlier this morning, which is a good sign. If I don't go into labor on my own by 10/29(Friday) they will induce me at 7a.m. Friday morning. So we will see what the next few days bring, so far so good. Oh and I am still 1cm and 50% but my Dr. was really happy about that. Which I thought was strange b/c I was 1cm & 50% effaced last week. Last night I didn't get any sleep what so ever which sucked but Daniel was a sweetie and let me nap in this morning for a lil' bit. Cookie looked great on the NST and I had only two lil' baby contrax during my test, but at least I had some and I have proof I had them. My Ob said this babies head was way super low, last week Cookie was at -1 station and now it must be lower. I totally agree b/c I feel Cookie's lil' hands and head wiggle down there so low(below my pubic bone), it's such a weird feeling and I will miss it after I have him/her. Oh and we had an u/s to measure fluid levels to make sure everything was normal and they were. So looks like I am all set and ready to go. My mom is getting so excited it's not even funny. I think she will need the drugs to calm down more then I will, she's just a really happy grandma-to-be-again. Oh and after my appt. we went out to eat at Olive Garden and I am stuffed. I have been having hard contrax since we left my appt, having contrax on a full tummy is NOT fun but man the food was soooo d@mn good. Well there is my last OB update ~*sigh*~ I am going to miss this so much but at the same time I can't wait to have this baby!!
