Not sure if everyone is familiar with Zack Arias but I love him. He's not only a very talented photographer but is an excellent teacher. Many of you may have seen his "Transform" video last year. He also did a series of really great critique videos too. Anyway, you can watch his keynote speech at Photocamp Utah online. It's really informative and funny and you should definitely check it out next time you have an hour to kill.
