Thanks so much for the response!! My acupuncturist actually did give me a progesterone cream to use with both Black Cohosh and Vitex in it as well as a couple others from your list to avoid. I think she is quite good with the needles but I'm wondering about her herbal abilities. Thankfully I haven't taken any yetand will pick some plain stuff up at the local organic grocery.
