Oh man...I wouldn't believe this if it just didn't happen to me. I got an appointment in only 2 days, through a crazy connection I have in NY after seeing the doc on TV. I spoke with 2 doctors at length, each of whom performed an ultrasound, and had bloodwork done. Wherever the NC docs fell short, the NY docs began. Then, as I'm having this "what to do next discussion," he keeps asking why I haven't yet gotten an HSG. I've heard your horror stories, ladies- ah! Plus, my OBGYN doesn't do it until 3 failed IUIs. So...he says...let's do one RIGHT NOW. I was there for 3 hours, had a million and one things done, and everything looks great- u/s good and HSG clear. Dh has type 1 diabetes and they even brought him a snack when he felt his blood sugar get low. Too sweet!

I feel very relieved and I'm ready to go back to the south with a new game plan. Injectibles in January. No more messing around! Looking forward to it!
