Hello girls I know that all of us go through stressful times espicially with infertility. How do you relax? Do you do anything special?

To relax, I love to lay on the couch with a blanket, the candles lit and a glass of wine in my hand. I also try and watch comedy movies if I'm sad to get a good laugh.
