Anyone have any experience with baby acne? Aubrey seems to have a pretty severe case of it. It started out small and has been spreading over the last couple of weeks. I'm going to make a dr appt for her this week just to verify that it's definitely acne and not a rash but I've looked up images online and I'm pretty sure that's what it is.

How long does it last? Anything to make it better or less red? My poor baby has bumps all over her cheeks, around her nose, on her chin and on her neck by her ears. It looks pretty awful and although it doesn't seem to bother her I just feel so bad for her. It also doesn't make for very pretty newborn pictures
