Good luck TTC! I'm also trying for #2 after lots o' infertility before #1. I have only done one cycle of Femara (BFN earlier this week). I DID spot before my AF (not unusual for me either) but it was until cycle day 26. Maybe this means your preggers! If you don't get preggo this month, though, I would def get a Progesterone check next month.

TTC with endo and pcos...here's the deal:

3/2008-8/2008: Reg OB: timed BD on Femara 5mg , Metformin 1,000mg and 10,000 units Novarel: all BFNs
9/2008: Same meds + IUI: BFN
11/2008: Testing cycle with RE...HSG, S/A normal, other tests showed failure to O
12/2008: Now with RE: timed BD and 75mg Clomid, 1,000mg Met, and Ovidrel trigger
....one little loney follie on CD 13, Progesterone 24 on CD 19: BFN
1/2009: Baseline U/S showed 2 lovely cysts, on meds until 1/12/09

If I didn't get a picture of it, did it really happen?
