K, dietary, usually it is spicy stuff, peppers, or milk products. Before doing that though, I would check your bottles, and if he is getting air through them. If he is sucking in air too, his spit up could be more vomit bc of the air flowing up with it, making it more difficult to keep down. Make sure you are angling him and the bottle, and that he is "latching" onto the bottle properly so he gets milk not air. Also, maybe try burping by rubbing his tummy, not patting, half way through the feed or even 1/4, may help to break up any air he is getting in, before his tummy is full and therfore he will spit up less milk each time, and then it will be more spit up than vomit.
