Laurie - How did your doc visit go? How many embies do you have? I have 2, so hope they both make the thaw!

Babygurl - I switched to half caf/half decaf months ago and was fine. I still have that cup in the morning as part of my routine. DH does it too and it hasn't slowed him down.
