Walking: up and down my stairs several times a day

Water: need to be better at this.
Fruits: been eating 2 apples a day

Setbacks: not really, have this colonoscopy today, which has cleaned me from the inside out pretty good, so i think it worked in my advantage, cause i hadnt lost weight till all this "cleaning" came about.

Goals for this week: more water more water more water!!!
