I had the stomach flu for my first mother's day, so my weight loss/fitness routine changed a bit this week

Weight:
Starting Weight:
Pounds Lost: 3 (mostly water weight)
Percentage Lost:
Pounds to Go:

Fitness:
Walking: walking/running to the bathroom
Weights: lifting myself off the toilet
Cardio:
Other:

Nutrition: gatorade/7 up/IV fluids/chicken soup
Water:
Fruits:
Veggies:

that was about it for this week!

Seriously though, i hope to get back to the gym tomorrow
I can't wait to see everyone else's
