I am just lurking here as well, but I have a "heart shaped" uterus as well. I didn't find out until my c-section. The Doc said that is why my little one was breech from the start and was never able to turn. He said the likelyhood of me ever having a natural vaginal birth was slim because of the way my uterus is. However I carried to term and never even had a single contraction. Good luck to your friend!! I wish her a healthy and happy remainder to her pregnancy!!
