We still get 2 bottles a day, one when we get up and one right before bed. I will switch cold turkey when I "run out" of EBM (or when I'm tired of giving it to him, because the supply might never run out).

We switched cold turkey with Tyler and it worked great.

I do agree with MB, though, I wouldn't worry about it, you have so much going on at the moment that it's not going to matter if you put it on the back burner for a little while.
