I know a mom in my son's karate class that she has one, we talk a lot about pregnancies, you know since I'm doing IVF and all, and she has two kids and thinking about having another one, she never had any problems, only when her due date was coming up she needed more U/S to monitor the baby, other than that everything else was OK
