Re: New Here
when you are temping you have two or sometimes three areas of where your temps shift.
For instance(hypothetical) because each womens range of temps can be different. but lets say before you o, your temps may go up and down between 97.0 to 97.5 Then your temp will go up, and you have ranges between 97.7 and 98.5 That would be your luteral phase. Usually after three days of high temps FF will give you your cover line so you know when you o'd. If your temps stay up, you could be pg. If your temps start to drop down it usually is an indecation that af is on her way. Also sometimes your chart look what they call triphasic, which is after you O sometimes your temps will jump up another level for a third set of temps. SOMETIMES but not ALL TIMES this can be a sign that you are pg. If you look at my chart you can see what a chart can look like. Also my chart MAYBE looking triphasic because it looks like I might have jumped up and it is staying up a level. But I am not convinced and not getting too excited over it because I took a test yesterday with a FRER and it was a BFN.
Some things you should remember about temping is that you should temp about the same time every morning. around a half an hour in difference is ok. For me I temp between 6:30-7:00 each morning. Also temp before you get up and move around. So if you wake up around temp time temp before you go to the bathroom ext.
If you have any questions there are a lot of us who temp and can probably help you.
Good Luck!
