I would make it a point to ask why she can't fit you in! And explain the reasons why...would they be more accomadating then?
And, Francine, the reason they do c-sections so early is b/c they don't want you to go into labor on your own..it takes more out of your body (and harder on your uterus) when you're just going to have a section anyway.
