Default Re: question about bh contractions

BH ctx are good "practice" ctx, and you definitely notice them more/earlier in subsequent pregnancies than the first. BH ctx actually help your cervix move forward, efface, and even begin dilation. It's a GREAT time to practice your focused breathing and relaxation techniques.

Francine- I'm sure you probably already know this, but to help baby settle into a face-down position, you can do knees-and-elbows (the "miracle" position), and definitely avoid recliners, bucket car seats, and sleeping on your back.

Yay! We are so close!!! It'll be baby time SO soon!
