Re: Twin items....
Just wanted to chime in here. I worked on an L&D floor for 6 years and I'm thinking when I do go back to work I'm going to find a OB/GYN office to work in.
Anyway.... Placenta previa can move. It is possible to have a complete or partial previa. But both can shift back to the uterine wall during the pregnancy. A lot of time previa will cause bleeding and they will put you on bed rest. Talk to your Dr about when you should start pelvic rest(no sex) as this is one of the biggies to cause bleeding. If you make it to term with out bleeding you will HAVE to have a C-section. Not the biggest deal if you get 2 healthy babies in the end.
Most of the previous I have seen have been singleton births. So it is possible to have premature labor or dilating of you cervix that would cause more problems with the pregnancy.
Ask your Dr about the whole previa thing if he dosent know he should find out for you.
Hope this helps. And congrats on you 2 little blessings!
