As several pps have said, if you are having more than 4 per hour (every 15 min) and drinking water, lying on your side, or just changing positions/activity don't make them stop or slow down--you should call your CP.
I have a LOT of BH. They tend to get really regular in the evenings and they definitely hurt by this point in pregnancy. Some of my clients tell me they don't have BH, but pretty much everyone does. If you ever feel like your baby is "balling up" in your belly, put your hand on your belly. It will probably feel pretty firm all over, and that is a BH ctx.
