I just had my apt. a few hours ago, and we talked about BH. I let them know I was having sometimes one or two an hour, and then other days I was having 10 total for the day. The doctor said that the number per day can go up and down. There is no concern and no reason to think anything else unless they are coming at regular intervals (timable) and increase in frequency. Then it can be considered possibly actual labor. But if I am having two or three an hour and changing my position changes them, or they stop after a few hours, this is all in the normal range.
