I just returned from my OB and was concerned about my swelling and my feet look like yours. She said that it was "normal" pregnancy swelling and she wasn't concerned ... even though my flip-flops were leaving marks on the top of my feet. I have the same worry that my feet are going to split open from the pressure.

She said that she is more worried about swelling related to pre-e if it happens in your hands and face too. Just feet is normal.

Plus, I had no protein in my urine and my BP was 124/70.
