I haven't really had any swelling with pregnancies...I don't know if it 's because I stay active or if it is because I am just lucky. I did have my right ankle swell just before I had my 3rd, and then after- but it was because he was laying on that side and the circulation wasn't as good. If you can, try to walk a bit, you don't have to walk far or fast...just walk a little. Get the circulation going. Also, drink water. Maybe that will help.
Your ankles do look more swollen yesterday than today. Today it is your feet.
