In the last few weeks of my last pregnancy I literally had rolls around my ankles. Your ankles look slim and trim compared to how mine were. My bp was fine - I just retained water like crazy. It went away about 2 weeks after Ava was born. It was completely freakish and I hated it but my doc wasn't worried about it so I didn't worry too much either
