Ava was pretty flexible. She slept ok on her back and I will try to get this one to do so as well. I have a boppy sleep positioner that is slightly inclined and has a memory foam backing to keep her from getting a flat spot. Once Ava started rolling over (around 4 months) I let her sleep on her tummy.
