Lisa, while I loved the Boppy it didn't help with the fact that gravity takes over my boobs and I have to hold it to make sure it was straight in Kate's mouth. It looks like this little "pillow" just props the boob up and the Boppy can still prop the baby. I hope that's what I am seeing! I sometimes wish I was a bit smaller!
