Guacamole Burger:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell'sŪ Condensed Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
- 6 Pepperidge FarmŪ Sandwich Buns
- 1 cup prepared guacamole
- sliced pitted ripe olive for garnish
Cooking Instructions
Shape beef into 6 patties, 1/2" thick.
In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook patties in 2 batches until browned. Set patties aside. Pour off fat.
Add soup and heat to a boil. Return patties to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cook and cover 10 min. or until patties are no longer pink (160°F.).
Serve on rolls. Top with guacamole. Garnish with olives.
